95% of orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt (Mon-Fri*). We can send to you or to your loved one (we do not include an invoice with the order). Get your order quicker by choosing fast dispatch.

We use unbranded packaging to disguise the gift.

Our Delivery Promise

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order on the day we have agreed, the total delivery charge will be refunded. 

*we process orders during the normal working week - Mon to Fri, excluding bank holidays. Estimates are working days.

**International book orders are sent via Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For.  Letters are sent via Royal Mail Airmail.  Tracking not available in all destinations.
